AIS

This technology shows our boat’s position using a technology called AIS. It does not always show our boat because we must be close enough to AIS receivers (on land or another boat at sea) AND we must have our instruments on. It also shows boats surrounding us – which is really cool to see how many boats there are out there! Don’t worry if you don’t see us all the time. We are out there!
